A theory has been developed that explains the structure formation in a thin surface layer of material after low-energy exposure to glow discharge plasma. This makes it possible design new methods, technologies and automated devices for development an technological environment strengthening various types tools from materials. Based on theory, self-learning system with developing database was created monitoring all stages processing plasma generator. Any crystal can be classified as complex nonlinear system.
